Hello Stranger!

Her name takes after the Goddess of Wisdom, Athena. With that meaning, she wishes to help other people by listening to their problems and influencing them to live for what makes them, themselves. Life will always be a stained glass — broken but beautiful.

Sophia Legaspi is Psychology student in Jose Rizal University. She wants to be a psychologist, one day. She loves styling and writing that she used them as a self expression.

She speaks Filipino and English fluently, and her Nihonggo is still in process.

She is a retired model who devotes most of her time on Instagram. If not, you can find her reading books ( about psychology ) and novels ( Nicholas Sparks tragedies ) or watching an anime or Korean drama series.

She is fond of anything cute, probably something in purple or black or anything that has laces or sailor collars. Beauty, portraits, styles and fashion niches get her all riled up.

She writes occasionally, or if there is something she wants to get off her chest. She publishes her works online, through Wattpad, Good Novel and Readoo platforms, but has her first paperback on 2021. It is her Never Let Me Fall under PIP.

She is diagnosed to have a bipolar mood disorder and severe depression with anxiety on 2019. Her battles changed her size and sight as well. She believes that everything right is a part of her healing process and recovery sometimes, really takes time.

She suffered suicidal thoughts for a year after her diagnosis, and it is ironic but her cousin’s death opened her eyes on the realization that the pain of losing someone is more painful that the pain that she wants to be gone.

Life for her isn’t easy at all, but that is what makes her life wonderful and meaningful. There will be a rainbow after the storm, and that rainbow is worth seeing after a disastrous weather.

She sees herself like a moon, as she was in love with it. When everything turns dark, she might be the one who gives light amidst the scary night. Everyone is scared of the night, but the moon. It shines like nobody else. And she believes she is like the moon. Probably it is her mania talking, but she is not afraid to face her demons. Having bipolar for years now, she believes that she is up to the challenges that life will throw at her. Moon is so mystic and magical as it changes her color, just like her perkiness and depression all along.

She names her blog "Toujours Beau" as the french word for "Always Beautiful." And here comes her stained-glass life, which will always be beautiful.

I'm in love with the moon. Like the moon, I shine despite the hugs of the darkness. I go to different phases until I am whole again. And that is okay. Like the moon, I want people to look up on me in their darkest times and let my glow inspire to live their best life. | Photo credits from Google.
